How to Switch Organizations

Beginning with the Spring '23 release, it is possible for any user to be assigned to multiple Organizations in Mindful Callback. In most cases, you will only need a single Organization to manage all of the Call Targets for your company. However, if you manage separate Organizations for your own clients, your Administrators can access each of your client Organizations separately in the same UI without reauthenticating. 

Switching Organizations

If you are a member of multiple Organizations, you will see a small indicator next to the Organization name in the top menu bar.

1. Click the Organization name to open a modal window listing all Organizations of which you are a member. 
2. Select an Organization in the list, then click Change Organization.

The page will refresh, and everything in the UI will now relate to the selected Organization.

Adding Users to Multiple Organizations

If you have an Administrator role, you can add users into any Organizations that you have access to. To learn more about adding users, see Organization User Management. To add Administrators into additional Organizations, contact the Mindful Support team.
