The Voice & SMS tab is used to select the default phone connections to use with a survey. If you require SMS, Inbound Voice (PSTN), or Outbound Voice (PSTN) capability for your surveys, contact your account representative. Once you have the required phone connections, you can use this tab to configure which connections should be used by this survey by default.
