One of the most important and powerful aspects of Mindful Feedback is its ability to integrate with telephony platforms and other software. An integration with Mindful Feedback can communicate in both directions, with Mindful initiating an action in another system or the other system initiating an action in Mindful.

This section will provide in-depth information and instructions for our built-in integrations with Genesys Cloud and Twilio Flex, as well as general guidance for integrating with other platforms.
