Mindful Feedback utilizes various telephony services that accrue costs with use. Each licensed user is granted an allocation of drawdown funds for any of the available survey channels and capabilities. Each user is allocated 7% of the contracted monthly per-user license cost.
The usage allowance is shared between all users in your organization. For example, 10 users billed at $16 per user, per month, can spend $11.20 in total. The usage does not need to be specifically associated with a licensed user (surveys initiated via API, etc.).

A customer with named users on month-to-month billing ($16 per user per month) can spend $1.12 per agent per month on channel/capability usage. These pre-allocated funds are not rolled over month to month.
A customer sending SMS surveys to the US could send/receive 135 SMS per agent, per month, for no additional cost.
If the allocated funds are used before the end of the month, customers can purchase additional funds to cover required usage. This purchased drawdown will roll over month to month for the life of the contract.
