Scheduling a Dashboard Report

Article Summary

The Dashboard page provides the option to schedule the delivery of a Dashboard report directly to you. Dashboard reports will be delivered via email at a frequency of your choosing. Dashboard reports will contain the information that you have filtered for at the time of scheduling. See Dashboard Filters for more information on how to configure what appears on your Dashboard.

To Schedule a Dashboard Report:

  1. From the left navigation menu, go to Dashboard.
  2. In the upper right-hand corner of the page, click on the clock icon as shown below.Screen capture of Schedule Report icon

    1. Add a name for your scheduled report in the Schedule Name field.
    2. From the Repeat drop-down menu, select how often you would like to receive the report. Options include once, daily, weekly, or monthly.
    3. Select a date from the Next Run Date field.
    4. Select a time and time zone from the Time to Run field.
    5. Enter the email addresses of the recipients of the scheduled report in the Users to Email field.
    6. Click the Create Schedule button.

Your scheduled report will be sent to the email address or addresses you specified. The email will be sent from info@surveydynamix.com as shown below. Click the View Now button in the email to see the report.

To View a List of Scheduled Reports:

  1. From the left navigation menu, go to Dashboard.
  2. Click on the Schedules tab. A list of your scheduled Dashboard reports will appear.Screen capture of Schedules tab
  3. To edit a scheduled report, click the Edit icon and make any desired changes to the scheduled report.
  4. To delete a scheduled report, click the Delete icon.
