Chart Interactivity

Every chart on the Dashboard page is interactive in some way. Depending on the chart, you may be able to drill down to view more details, toggle questions on and off, or export data. This article describes these interactive elements.

 Toggle Questions On/Off

When there are multiple questions of a certain type, they show up next to each other. However, if you only wish to view one of the question responses, you can toggle questions off by clicking the label of each question.

Each chart has the capability to view further information on what goes into the results. With questions whose answers are on a scale, clicking the bar in a chart displays a histogram of the results. The Yes Percentage and Multiple Choice charts offer additional pie charts to show more details.

The deepest level of information will open the Interaction Details page and list all of the individual survey interactions that match the selection.

Export

Each chart includes a collapsed menu icon that can be clicked to reveal export options. When these options are present, the chart can be downloaded in CSV or XLSX format. It can also be printed or downloaded as an image in various formats.  These export options apply to the data that is shown at the time. Thus if a chart is grouped, for example, the data will be based on that grouping.
