    The Net Promoter Score chart shows the calculated result of each NPS question grouped by various interaction data, including any custom interaction data fields specified in the "Custom Grouping Variables" field of a survey (Available in the Customer Settings page). The Over Time chart cannot be grouped by any interaction data, but will instead show the change in NPS over time.
